Docker Compose limits HouseGRC to 3 GB of memory. It uses much less most of the time: the room is for large imports, reports and backups. The image is about 1.3 GB, for x86-64 (amd64) only.
It runs as well on a virtual machine, on premises or in your own cloud account, as on physical hardware.

Network
- Users reach HouseGRC over HTTPS on the name you give it.
- Outbound connections, all optional: your SMTP server for email, your identity provider for single sign-on, the AI provider you choose, the systems you connect for evidence, and public vulnerability and certificate data for the features that use them.
- HouseGRC never needs to reach us. Downloading and upgrading the image needs access to
ghcr.io.
